Terms and Conditions


A deposit of £100 per car is required to secure the booking. Deposits confirm and reserve the date of the event
and are non-refundable.

The balance can be paid by BACS, cheque or cash and must be paid a minimum of one month prior to the event date.
For bookings less than one month prior to the hire date,
payment is due in full immediately.

For your protection cancellations are only accepted in writing and are subject to the following charges:
Cancellation within three months of the date 50%
of the balance is payable.

Cancellation within two months of the date 100%
of the balance is payable.

Adequate time will be allowed for the journeys but we will not be held liable for any delays beyond our control eg unforeseen road closures, extreme traffic conditions.

If we have mechanical issues, a breakdown, accident or any other event beyond our control, we reserve the right to provide a similar vehicle or an alternative method of transport. In the
unlikely event this should happen we will contact you
immediately to discuss the options.

For the comfort of all passengers there is a no smoking policy.
The consumption of alcohol must be agreed in advance and we reserve the right not to allow this.

The client is responsible for the conduct of all the passengers and guests in respect of overzealous behaviour resulting in damage to the vehicle. We reserve the right to invoice the client for any repairs, replacements or valeting costs arising from damage to the vehicle caused by the client, passengers or guests.

We should be informed of any changes (location/times/journeys)
to the original booking as soon as possible which may incur an additional charge.

If we are unable to complete the booking for whatever reason we will not be held responsible or liable for any arising consequential losses and any refunds will be limited to the
money paid by the client.

We reserve the right to charge £60 per hr and £3.00 per mile for substantial deviations from the booking confirmation. The chauffeur is entitled to request pre-payment of additional journeys NOT outlined on the booking confirmation. Similarly, if timings considerably overrun from those detailed on the booking confirmation, the chauffeur will advise the client’s representative and is entitled to request prepayment for the additional time. If payment is not made the chauffeur will complete the contract as per the agreed booking confirmation.

Although we will take every care, no responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to luggage or personal property.
No responsibility or liability will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access at any location.

At some events, we may take photographs or request images of your event to publish on our website. If you do not want us to use any images or film of your event please make us
aware in writing beforehand.

The car will be fully cleaned, polished and valeted prior to leaving our premises. If the travel route has wet mucky roads and/or bad weather in transit, we will endeavour to clean
the car as best we can.

We reserve the right to refuse to drive into or over any object which may cause damage to the car.
